Professional Development Training for Business Professionals
TRIAD Consulting has extensive experience providing software training to people from small businesses to people in Fortune 500 companies. As the primary software trainers for the International Association of Administration Professionals (IAAP), TRIAD has trained thousands of IAAP members from major corporations, government, universities, and small businesses.
Training Overview
The principal partners of TRIAD Consulting, LLC, Gini Courter and Annette Marquis, have extensive experience in personal computer software application training, database design and systems implementation. In addition to being the authors of over 25 computer training books for Sybex, Inc, the partners are engaged in various projects that keep TRIAD on the front-edge of technological advances.
To maximize trainee mastery of course content, we prefer to conduct training in your labs in sessions from two to four hours in length. Participants are strongly encouraged to apply course content in the workplace between sessions and bring their questions or implementation issues to class. At TRIAD, we see our task as building expertise rather than simply "delivering training". Training Designed for Your Convenience
In many businesses, trainees often find it easier to attend class for two or three hours during or immediately following the work day rather than taking sequential days off work. We conduct training in your labs so that your staff don’t lose valuable training time commuting to a classroom (if your organization does not have lab time available, we can help you find an off site lab). We recommend training be scheduled in two or three hour sessions, spread across a week or more, to allow trainees to practice what they’ve learned on the job between training sessions.
